Important notes

Schindele's Minerals® should not be used if you have already reacted sensitively to the use of heilaarde or stone meal, in case of renal dialysis or pylorus stenosis (narrowing in the area of the gastric outlet). Do not take Schindele's Minerals® if you have severe kidney problems. Severe diarrhea with blood and mucus deposits and abdominal cramps and diarrhea lasting more than 3 days usually have serious causes and should be treated by a doctor. If so, do not take Schindele's Minerals® without first consulting a physician. Keep at least 2 hours between intake of Schindele's Minerals® and medications. Schindele's Minerals® should not be used in children under 12 years of age, pregnant women and during breastfeeding.

Do not take simultaneously with medications or homeopathic remedies - only at least 2 hours apart!

Do not mix with black/green tea, coffee or milk, vitamin E supplements or vitamin E oil, as these may block the absorption of iron and other minerals. Intermediate interval 2 hours!

Drink plenty - stools may turn black as metabolites and unabsorbed minerals, such as iron, may be excreted.
