ONLINE ORDERING:
If you order via this site you will receive an e-mail,  with the products you ordered and ordernumber, at the e-mail adress you have provided with the order.
If you have questions or remarks about your order, you need this e-mail as reference.
From the moment order from us, you can have to wait a small period for the confirmation.
This has to do with the heavy traffic on the Internet at that moment, it’s not necessary to click twice.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 
PetsSupermart reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

VALIDATING YOUR ORDER
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address.
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason.
If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with the order.
Generally, your creditcard will not be charged if we reject an order; however, we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card.

PRODUCT DISPLAY AND COLORS
This site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible.
However, we can not guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
Note that the display of color may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

ERRORS ON SITE
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.
Errors will be corrected when discovered and PetsSupermart reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, even after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your creditcard has been charged.
If your creditcard has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PetsSupermart will issue a credit to your creditcard account to the amount of the charge.
Individual bank policies will control when this amount is credited to your account.

RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, unconditionally.
Production faults need to be reported within 10 days after invoice date, after that period complaints can not be accepted.

Returns are only accepted after written approval by PetsSupermart.
Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.).
For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS.
Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD.
PetsSupermart reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.
If the goods are faulty or being returned due to a mistake by PetsSupermart then the restocking charge will not apply.
If the order is damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item.
Notify us immediately so we can instruct you on the proper handling of the merchandise.
This will ensure the quickest replacement.
