For products you cannot order or cannot find on the site, you can always reach us by phone or email.
ORDERING ONLINE:
If you order through the site you will get an email sent directly to your entered email address with your purchases and your order number.
If you have any questions or comments about your order make sure you have this email handy.

All goods remain our property until the full sales price is paid.
PAYMENT:
You can pay online via secure server with Ideal/Wero, You can also transfer it to our bank account or with PayPal.
If you choose bank transfer or PayPal you will receive an email from us with our bank details or a payment request via Paypal.
Please note that if you choose Paypal there are additional costs of € 4.95 and for orders over € 200.00 3.8%. costs.
The most advantageous is with Ideal/Wero or our bank account, which is free of charges.
ORDER CONTROL
Once you have placed an order, your name, address and payment information will be checked for verification and approval.
PetsSupermart reserves the right to refuse orders or reduce quantities without reason.
Refused orders will be notified to the email address provided.
Generally, a denied order will not be charged to the credit card, should this unforeseen occur the amount will be refunded.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND COLOR
We make every effort to display products on this site as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the color will be exactly as you see on the screen.

ERRORS ON THIS SITE
Prices and delivery of products and services are subject to change without notice.
Errors are corrected upon discovery, PetsSupermart has the right to revoke any offer and correct any error, inaccuracy or omission even after an order placed, order confirmation or charged to a credit card.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

During this period you can return your order unused, undamaged and complete in its original packaging.
Returns must be stamped, unstamped shipments will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an article for another article, we will send you the new article, if in stock, the same day.
You will receive a new invoice.
As soon as we have received the returned article for exchange, we will send you a credit note.
Any excess amount paid will be credited to your account within 10 working days from the date of the credit note.
If you wish to exchange or return an item after the 14 day cooling-off period because of a wrong order, if you no longer need it, or if you place an order for veterinary drugs without having a prescription, PetsSupermart has the right to charge 25% of the item as administration and/or restocking fee.
Shipping charges will not be returned.
If the merchandise is returned due to PetsSupermart's error, these fees will not be charged.
Please notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods so that it can be replaced as soon as possible.
