Suspension for use in drinking water for chickens and pigs.

Indication(s) for use with specification of target animal species(s). 
In chickens: - Treatment of worm infections caused by Ascaridia galli (adult stages), Heterakis gallinarum (adult stages), Capillaria spp. (adult stages).

In pigs: - Treatment of worm infections caused by Ascaris suum (adult and intestinal larval stages) in piglets, fattening pigs, pregnant and lactating sows.

In chickens, optimal results can only be achieved if strict hygiene rules are observed in the maintenance of the housing.

Both target animal species: The following situations should be avoided, as they promote the development of resistance and may ultimately lead to treatment ineffectiveness: -too frequent and repeated use of anthelmintics of the same group over a prolonged period of time, -underdosage, due to underestimation of body weight, incorrect administration of the veterinary drug or a dosing device that is not or incorrectly calibrated (if applicable). Suspected clinical cases of anthelmintic resistance should be further investigated by appropriate tests (e.g. Fecal Egg Count Reduction Test). If the result of the test(s) clearly indicates resistance to a particular anthelmintic, an anthelmintic of a different group with a different mechanism of action should be administered.
