To be used in open and soiled wounds. The flushing liquid has a cleansing effect and also provides an ideal environment for the recovery of the wound.

Vetramil Clean is a rinsing fluid based on honey and propylene glycol for local application that helps the skin recover including rough, irritated and damaged skin.

Sometimes a wound just needs to be left open so dirt can get out. Using Vetramil Clean (rinsing fluid) , the damaged skin is cleaned of dirt so that it heals faster and remains protected.

The honey in Vetramil Clean ensures a slow release of small bits of hydrogen peroxide so that the skin is cleansed but also spared.

The propylene glycol ensures a good distribution of the rinsing liquid. Rinsing with water is not necessary.
 

The honey has a high enzyme content and low pH. The enzyme glucose oxidase causes a slow release of very small concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in a moist environment. Low concentrations of hydrogen peroxide purify and spare the delicate skin. By adding propylene glycol, the liquid spreads well and gives a slight drying effect.

Vetramil Clean keeps it clean, but also ensures that the wound is not sealed, allowing dirt to get out and the wound to still breathe.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Abscesses and wounds must be open for treatment.
- Treat 1 to 2 times daily with an adequate amount of flushing solution depending on the size of the affected area.
- Repeat rinsing treatment until affected area remains clean.
- treatment can be stopped when all debris has been removed and the affected area has calmed down
