Usually, administering 1 bottle is sufficient to get the cow back on her feet. If it appears that there is still a calcium deficiency, a second bottle of Phosphor-Bovisal can be administered after 8 to 10 hours.

Amoscal for acute milk fever The amount of calcium and phosphorus in a bottle is usually sufficient for the cow's needs after calving.

In acute cases of milk fever, an initial treatment with Amoscal is recommended.
