Dronspot is suitable for

• Cats from 8 weeks of age and 0.5 kg body weight.

  • Toxocara cati (immature and adult stages, L4 and L3).

  • Toxocara cati (L3 larvae - treatment of females during late gestation to prevent infection of young via milk).

  • Toxascaris leonina (immature and adult stages and L4).

  • Ancylostoma tubaeforme (immature and adult stages and L4).

  • Dipylidium caninum (immature and adult stages).

  • Taenia taeniaeformis (adult stages).

Dronspot is not suitable for

• Kittens under 8 weeks of age.

• Cats under 0.5 kg body weight.

• Cats with hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients or any of the excipients.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 pipette from the package. Hold the pipette upright, unscrew and invert the cap. Then use the inverted cap to break the seal.
Press apart the hair on the cat's neck at the base of the skull until the skin becomes visible.
Place the open end of the pipette on the skin and squeeze the pipette firmly several times to apply the contents directly to the skin.

By administering the drug at the level of the base of the skull, your cat is less likely to lick the drug off.

Avoid direct contact with the still damp site of administration. Keep children and other animals away from treated animals for as long as possible. In addition, avoid prolonged intensive contact (e.g. sleeping) with treated cats during the first 24 hours after drug administration.

N.B. If the cat is receiving medication contact the treating veterinarian before using Dronspot.
