Description

Rose hips SEEDLESS

Rose hips are the fruit of the common dog rose, also known as Dogberry and Witches' Briar. Our seedless rose hips offer a convenient way to enjoy the sweet flavor of rose “haws” without encumbrance of the tiny seeds.

During World War II, the British government used collected rose hips to make rose hip syrup as a source of vitamin C to replace citrus fruits that were impossible to get. Rose hips have a long history of use in traditional medicine.

Use them in baked goods, jams, jelly, pie and pastries, tea blends and other beverages.

Seedless Rosehips are berry-like fruits with a tangy taste. They are not like roses at all; they are almost the same as hibiscus flowers when it comes to aroma and scent. They offer a distinct flavor combination of fruits and spices.

Every rosehip is hand-picked and dried naturally.

USE:

To use prepare as a tea, pour 230ml. boiling water over 1 teaspoon of herb. Cover and steep 10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
