The unique composition of the controlled-release bolus is specifically designed to meet energy requirements before calving.

One dose of Dairystart® consists of an effervescent bolus and a controlled-release bolus which ensures rapid and sustained release of the ingredients.

Dairystart® is especially recommended for dairy cows that are too fat for calving with lack of appetite with more than 2 lactations.
Dairystart® is administered once 10 to 15 days before calving.
The administration may be repeated if there is a high risk of ketosis.
