Bovikalc calciumbolus is a supplementary dietary feed for cattle, for the prevention or post-treatment of milk fever (milk fever is a shortage of calcium).
As support for treatment with calcium magnesium infusion.
Bovikalc calcium bolus is supplied per 4 packages of 190 grams.

Calcium sulfate, which dissolves after degradation by rumen flora
Oral administration.
Preventive: 4 boluses:
- bolus 1 immediately before calving
- bolus 2 immediately after calving
- bolus 3 12-15 hours after calving
- bolus 4 24-30 hours after calving.
Infusion support:
- bolus 1: 2-3 hours after infusion
- bolus 2: 12-15 hours later
