Alfasan Multivitamin Pro is an alternative to Biodyl and Vitolject.
Multivitamin injection is an injection liquid for the treatment of vitamin deficiencies in farm animals. The product is suitable for a single intramuscular administration.
Vitamin deficiency in cattle, lambs, pigs and piglets.
Alfasan Multivitamin Pro is a vitamin injection with a relatively high vitamin B-12 content, for when there is a vitamin deficiency in the animal.
Vit. B12, trace element and mineral deficiency (such as: fatigue, reconvalescence, delayed muscle function in young animals, stress due to transport, conditioning of racehorses, myopathy-dyspnea syndrome in calves, white muscle disease (WMD), muscular dystrophy in herbivores, stiff lamb disease, enzootic paraplegia in lambs, myositis in horses, azoturia).
Properties:
Vit. B12 plays an important role in blood formation, the formation of nucleic acids and the catabolism of glycosides.
It is important in the construction of the myoglobin core.
Alfasan Multivitamin Pro has a positive influence on energy metabolism and muscle metabolism.

SPECIAL WARNINGS The safety of the veterinary medicinal product has not been established during pregnancy and/or lactation. Of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K), especially A and D can be toxic in overdose. Different animal species have different susceptibility to the (side) effects of vitamins A and D. For overdose of vitamin A, both acute and chronic intoxication symptoms occur. Acute signs include lethargy, anorexia, muscle weakness, vomiting and diarrhoea; the main chronic effect is the development of bone abnormalities. The main intoxication symptom that occurs with overdose of vitamin D is hypercalcaemia, in which calcium is withdrawn from the body and the calcium balance in the body is disturbed. The consequences of this include osteoporosis, effects on the cardiovascular system, kidney stones and calcium deposits in soft tissues. The product must be sterile. Do not mix with other veterinary medicinal products.
