Reducine relieves stiffness or pain caused by daily exercise and training. Among other things, the product contains iodine which helps against inflammation, stimulates blood flow and accelerates healing after injury. Reducine helps reduce swelling and pain during recovery.
Deformities, known as soft and hard deformities, can cause functional discomfort to the horse in addition to visual discomfort.
Soft deformities, on the skin surface or in the underlying tissues, result from dilation of synovial pockets or tendon sheaths, and those inflammations are originally traumatic.
Hard deformities are ossifications, bone overgrowths due to repeated trauma, calcification of cartilage or superficial bone overgrowths.
REDUCINE ABSORBENT is a paste based on pine tar and has rubefacient properties that stimulate blood circulation and reduce localized pain.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
ON THE HOEF:
The hoof must be cleaned of dirt and manure. The hoof must be dry to ensure the effect and stickiness of the product. Apply to the frog and crown rim using toothbrush or brush.
Rub it well into the crown rim and the frog. Try to spread it as thinly as possible. Only the part of the Reducine in contact with the treated area works, overuse is a waste of this product. You can use this product in this way once or twice a week. Reducine has medicinal values and is very useful on the hooves that have problems. Reducine will also stimulate the growth of a new hoof because it increases blood flow in the crown rim. Reducine has iblister values and this should be kept in mind when using it. Therefore, do not use on horses after heavy physical exertion, on "hot hooves," or on the day of strenuous work. Also do not use on horses that spend more time in the hot sun, such as at shows or in the pasture on hot summer days. This product also has antiseptic values and it helps treat minor injuries to the crown rim. Regular use will prevent cracking of the hoof wall and in many cases it will help treat a damaged hoof, thrush, abscesses, etc.
Hoof Growth: Brush the product thinly at the crown rim to stimulate circulation and promote hoof growth.
Ulcer: Apply to the sole and sole pads to treat ulcer.
Closure: It can serve as a closure in both wet and dry conditions.
Recommended frequency: For hoof care, use it once to twice a week.
ON THE SKIN IN BONE PROLIFERATIONS:
Apply enough REDUCINE ABSORBENT to the desired area. Do not apply too thickly.
- Stir the jar well before use.
- Cut the hair in the affected area.
- Make sure the hair does not touch the area to be treated.
- Apply the paste to clean, healthy skin with a small stiff brush or by hand.
- Repeat the application on subsequent days until the skin shows signs of flaking or cracking.
- At this point, stop all applications and let the treated area rest. Do not rub any oil or grease on it and leave the area alone.
Exercise: Make sure the horse gets light exercise daily, such as a short, daily walk, do not leave it in the stall for too long.
